After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it ships.
Please allow 30-45 days for shipping for International Orders, and 10-15 days for USA Orders!
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification, which will include your order shipping unit and your order tracking number. You can track your order’s journey via the tracking number in this email.
Returns
We hope you love our products, but sometimes things don’t go as expected.
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not completely (100%) satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with the policy below.
Exchanges are completely free. If you exchange for a higher priced item, you will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the exchange item is of a lower price, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
For products included in discount campaigns (Discount Week, Seasonal Sale, End of Season Sale, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, major holiday discount programs Christmas December 25th, New Year January 1st of each year, Independence Day July 4th of each year. Only products purchased on alikaplatinumglobal.com can be returned to us under this policy. We do not accept returns for items purchased from our authorized retailers’ websites.
Easy Return and Exchange Process
Email (So We Can Send You Your Receipt) customer care at “admin@alikaplatinumglobal.com”, or call our support team. Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday! Include in your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and we will walk you through the process of which shipping carrier to ship your items back with, and how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges may vary).
Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. Make sure all of the accessories are packaged in their boxes and with their Cards of Authenticity (if these are not included with your return/exchange, no refund or exchange will be processed).
When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3 – 5 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you’re requesting an exchange, the item(s) you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they’re in stock.
Disputes and Chargebacks
By making a purchase on this website you agree to not file a charge back or a dispute for any reason within 30 business days of making a purchase. You agree to send us an email to “admin@alikaplatinumglobal.com” to resolve any payment issues you many encounter with us and you agree to wait 30 business days before contacting your bank, payment transaction processor or payment gateway to file a charge back or a dispute.
You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to charge backs or disputes made by you within 30 business days of your purchase, and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney’s fees. If your order or products fail to arrive and you have evidence that you’ve reached us via the email mentioned above, and we did not get back to you or help you with a return or refund request within 30 business days of your purchase, you may file a charge back with no liability.

5. I want to return the goods because I heard from relatives, experts or doctors that I should not use them?. Alika products are extracted from natural herbs and are very safe for users. Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in.
All return shipping labels include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received. If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
